LELOUP Samuel

Samuel Leloup is a French composer, violinist and orchestrator. Holder of a master’s degree in violin as well as prizes for harmony, orchestration and film music composition, he performs regularly as a violinist and composes for film, television and advertising, as well as creating educational pieces.

As a composer, he writes and produces numerous titles for fiction, series and documentaries. He also composes music for advertising and collaborates with director Bruno Aveillan.

in 2007 he received the Prix Musique from the Festival Mondial de l’Image Sous-Marine for Mysteries of the Deep, and in 2013 he won the Prix Philippe Gaubert from the Rencontres Cinéma de Gindou for the music to Thomas Bousquet’s Le Mal des montagnes.
In 2007, he composed an educational piece for the Claude Monet high school orchestra and choir, which was performed at the Cultivons la Musique festival.

Samuel Leloup is a French composer, violinist and orchestrator. Holder of a master’s degree in violin as well as prizes for harmony, orchestration and film music composition, he performs regularly as a violinist and composes for film, television and advertising, as well as creating educational pieces.
As a violinist, he performs with various classical chamber and orchestral ensembles in venues such as the Philharmonie de Paris, the Théatre des Champs-Elysées, the Eglise de la Madeleine and the Théatre du Châtelet.
He also takes part in concert tours of film music venues such as Zeniths and Palais des Congrès with the Sinfonia Pop and Star Pop Orchestras.
His experience as a studio violinist has led him to record for numerous film soundtracks, including La Tortue Rouge, The Race, Bis and My Son, to name but a few, as well as for variety artists such as Dizis, Grégory Bakian and Giorgio Alessani.
His film scores include Bird People, Makai, Qissa, The Bra, Anthropocènes, Susi Susanti: Love All, Les Invités de mon père…
